Online Sample Orders
We ship domestically through Australia Post, offering Standard and Express trackable shipping options. When directed at checkout, select your preferred shipping option and a flat rate will be applied.
Standard shipping: $10.00
Express shipping: $15.00
Please be advised that under normal circumstances Australia Post aims for:
Standard
Same state delivery (Queensland) : 2–5 business days
Interstate (metro to metro) delivery: 3–6 business days
Express
Same state delivery (Queensland): next business day
Interstate (metro to metro) delivery: 2 business days
In the event of delays, please allow for an additional 2-5 business days for deliveries across Australia, including express services. Delays may be experienced due to certain weather events or external influences on the postal service.
Once we receive your order, we aim to have it processed and ready to be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Shipping International
We do not offer international shipping via our website. For shipping of our products or samples outside of Australia please contact hello@theflooringco.com.au.
